Call Centre Expansion As Further Growth Anticipated
Exactly a year ago Leads 2 Trade had just acquired the home improvement arm of the consumer facing lead generation network Compare Companies, making them the biggest provider of double-qualified leads in the UK.
Fast-forward to the present day and we have just made another significant investment. We have expanded our call centre in what marks a major investment for Leads 2 Trade. We have also acquired further office space to expand the call centre and operations as we gear up for more growth in 2015.
All this comes after the launch of our dedicated bi-fold door division at the end of 2014, which will see double qualified leads generated for homeowners looking to invest in this growth product.
It’s been a whirlwind year following the acquisition at the start of 2014. Last year we generated more double qualified leads than ever before for our members and have plans to go up another gear in 2015. We’re proving that if you put in the investment, double qualified leads are a sure-fire way to grow a business, especially as the economy returns to growth and more and more homeowners invest in their properties. The bottom line is that our members generated millions of pounds of business last year, thanks to our leads and support. We’re generating thousands of leads each week for homeowners wanting work carried out now.
Leads are generated through our 800-strong home improvement and comparison websites where homeowners register to find tradesmen to carry out a variety of work from solar and boiler to double glazing. These are then passed on to members of Leads 2 Trade’s popular Trusted Local Supplier network.
Installers can buy double-qualified leads for homeowners looking to install double glazing, conservatories, a new boiler, renewable energy products and now bi-folding and patio doors too, following the opening of a new bi-fold door lead division.
These leads, once double qualified by the in-house call centre are then transferred real time via email and sms to the registered Trusted Local Suppliers in that postcode area. The leads can even be “Telephone hot key” transferred directly from the call centre whilst the consumer is still on the phone. This facility has proven very popular with a lot of members ensuring that leads are “red hot” with the consumer having only just clicked and submitted their on-line enquiry within a matter of minutes.
Members also get access to a number of other benefits such as finance options, marketing support, business support tools and an appointment booking service. Leads 2 Trade have also produced a series of consumer facing brochures that can be used by their members as sales tools.
Expansion of the call centre and acquired space, will give us the space to continue growing and to diversify into other markets.
