Our innovative new service is dramatically increasing the number of leads installers are converting.
We recently rolled out a new service called Hot Key Transfer; and following some analysis of our membership base, we’ve discovered that the impact has been dramatic.
We generate thousands of leads per month via a network of 800 websites, where home owners register to find tradesmen to carry out home improvement work.
Leads are then double qualified by our in-house call centre and passed on to members of our Trusted Local Suppliers network in real-time, via email or text.
The new Hot Key service allows the call centre team to directly transfer the consumer on the other end of the line to the installer in that postcode area, so that an appointment can be made straight away – increasing the likelihood of a meeting being arranged instantly.
This service has proved popular with installers that want to speak directly to the property owner, or have a telephone sales team that books appointments. Alongside a spike in new members, this latest innovation has also seen members who use it increase sales conversion rates by 70 per cent.
